Peanut Butter Kiss Cookies

1 tsp Baking soda

1/2 tsp Salt

1/2 cup Butter or margarine

1/2 cup Peanut butter

1/2 cup Sugar

1/2 cup Brown sugar

1 Egg

1 tsp Vanilla extract

Hershey's chocolate kisses

375 degrees F. Mix together flour, baking soda and salt, set aside. Soften butter and mix with the peanut butter. Add both sugars gradually until creamy. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract. Stir in flour mixture. Roll dough into 1 inch balls. Roll each ball in sugar and place on ungreased baking sheets. Bake for 10-13 minutes or until light golden brown and set. Press an unwrapped chocolate kiss into top of each cookie while warm.
