  2. 3 Tablespoons butter or margarine

  3. 3 Tablespoons flour

  4. 1/2 Teaspoon salt

  5. 1 Dash pepper

  6. 2 Cups milk

  7. 1 Can salmon (#1 size can)

  8. 2 Tablespoons minced onions

  9. 1 Cup grated cheese

  10. 2 Cups buttered cracker crumbs

  1. Make a white sauce with the butter, flour and seasonings and milk. Setaside. Pick over and flake the salmon. Place 1/3 in a butteredcasserole dish. Add 1/3 of the sauce to which the onions have beenadded. Sprinkle with 1/3 of the cheese. Repeat the layer twice.

  2. Spread the corn over all and top with the buttered crumbs. Bake in 375degree oven for about 30 minutes.
