  2. BARBARA'S BROWNIES FROM ELEGANT BUT EASY COOK

  6. 1/2 lb Reduced-calorie margarine

  7. 4 Unsweetened baking chocolate

  8. Squares 2 c Sugar

  9. 1 c Egg Beaters® 99% egg

  10. Substitute -- or 4 eggs

  11. 2 ts Vanilla

  12. 1 c Flour

  13. Chopped nuts -- optional

  14. Chocolate chips -- optional

  15. 350F. Spray and flour a

  16. 9x13 pan.

  17. Melt margarine and chocolate together in microwave.

  18. Cream sugar and eggs. Combine margarine-chocolate with

  19. sugar-eggs. Add vanilla and flour; add optional nuts

  20. 1 cup each 30 to 40 minutes. Should be quite wet after

  21. baking for really moist brownies. Cool completely

  22. befor cutting. Cut ahead. Freeze. Place on waxed paper

  23. "floors" when packing. Serve frozen or slightly

  24. thawed. Makes 24 or how ever many bite-sized brownies.
