  1. 1 pound lean ground beef

  2. 1/4 cup chopped onion

  3. 1 cup purchased spaghetti sauce

  4. 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese (6 ounces)

  5. 1/2 cup dairy sour cream

  6. 1 4-ounce package (4) refrigerated crescent rolls

  7. 1 tablespoon butter or margarine, melted

  8. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  1. Method :

  2. Preheat oven to 375°F. In a large skillet cook ground beef and onion until meat is brown. Drain off fat.

  3. Stir spaghetti sauce into meat mixture in skillet; heat through. Spread meat mixture in an un-greased 2-quart casserole.

  4. Meanwhile, in a medium bowl combine mozzarella cheese and sour cream; spoon over meat mixture in casserole. Unroll crescent rolls; separate into triangles.

  5. Place triangles over thecheese layer. Brush with melted butter; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

  6. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until top is deep golden brown.
