  1. For the cake :

  2. 1 1/2 C cake flour ,

  3. 1 tsp baking pwd and pinch of salt

  4. 125 g butter

  5. 1 C Castor sugar

  6. 2 egg whites and yolks

  7. 1 tsp vanilla

  8. 1/2 C Fresh milk

  9. 3 medium size mangoes

  10. 1 mango cut into small cubes

  11. Puree :

  12. 2 Medium size mangoes

  13. 1/2 C caster sugar

  14. 100 g Cream cheese-philadelphia,

  15. 200ml whipping cream

  16. 11/2 tsp gelatin powder

  17. Blend everything and keep it aside

  1. Pre heat the oven to 175 deg .

  2. Beat the butter and sugar until creamy Add the egg yolks and vanilla Fold in the flour and milk alt. starting and finishing with the flour Fold in the beaten egg whites Pour in a cake pan and bake for 30 mins When cool slit into 2 .

  3. Place one layer back on the cake tin Spread the puree for 2-3 tsp Sprinkle one mango on top Place the other layer of cake on top Pour the puree on top Spread evenly Decorate on ur own taste,i have decorated with dates Chill for atleast 4 to 6 hours
