  6. 2 c Sugar

  7. 3/4 c Corn syrup, light

  8. 1 ds Salt

  9. 2 c Cream

  10. 1 ts Vanilla extract

  11. 1 1/2 c Nuts; chopped

  12. Recipe by: Jo Anne Merrill Do not use margarine for this recipe. Combine

  13. butter, sugar, corn syrup, salt and 1 cup cream in saucepan. Bring to a

  14. boiling point. Add remaining 1 cup cream SLOWLY; cook to hard-ball stage.

  15. Add vanilla and nuts; pour into buttered pan. Cool then turn out onto flat

  16. surface. Cut and wrap each piece individually for gifts. --
