  2. 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  3. 1/8 cup shredded provolone cheese

  4. 1/8 cup grated parmesan

  5. 1/8 cup grated romano cheese

  6. 1/2 cup heavy or whipping cream

  7. 1 cup uncooked mostaccioli pasta

  8. 1/2 tsp. vegetable oil

  1. Stir together mozzarella, provolone, parmesan and romano cheeses together in a small bowl. Bring a medium saucepan of lightly salted water to a boil. Add oil and pasta and cook until just done. Drain well. Meanwhile heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add cream and cheese mixture. Cook, stirring, until cheese is melted and sauce is smooth. Add pasta and stir to coat. Serve immediately.
