  1. 1 can Del Monte ® Seasoned Green Beans

  2. 1/2 cup College Inn ® Light & Fat Free Chicken Broth 50% Less Sodium

  3. 2 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves or 6 filets

  4. 1/4 cup italian salad dressing

  5. 1 small onion , chopped

  6. 2 tsp. cornstarch

  7. rice

  1. Directions 1. Marinate chicken in salad dressing for 10 minutes.

  2. Cook chicken in marinade in skillet 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in onion; cook until tender.

  3. Dissolve cornstarch in broth; stir into chicken.

  4. Add green beans; cover and simmer 5 minutes.

  5. Serve over steamed rice, if desired.
