  1. 6 pears (use a combination of Anjou, Bartlett, Bosc, Comice, etcetera)

  2. 6 apples (use a combination of Granny Smith, MacIntosh, Gala, etcetera)

  3. 2 cups orange juice.

  4. 1/2 cup honey

  5. 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

  6. 1 cup fresh cranberries

  1. Peel and core fruit and cut into large chunks. Place in a large saucepan and add the orange juice, honey, cinnamon and cranberries. Bring to a boil. Cook until fruit is tender.

  2. Remove from heat and cool to room temperature. Refrigerate.
