  1. 1 c Raw, unsalted cashews

  2. 1/4 c Water, approximately

  4. 3 tb Maple syrup

  5. 1 ts Vanilla

  1. Coarsely chop the nuts in a blender or food processor. With the motor running, gradually add the water, 2 tablespoons maple syrup, and vanilla.

  2. Taste and add additional maple syrup, if desired. Continue processing until the mixture achieves a consistency similar to whipped cream. Add a bit more water if needed.
