    5. 12 sprigs fresh dill

    1. Directions 1. Slice each shrimp in half lengthwise.

    2. Butter the toast rounds and arrange three shrimp halves in a spiral on each round.

    3. Garnish the canapes, if desired, with mayonnaise stars pressed from a pastry tube. Top with dill sprigs.
