  1. 1 slice whole wheat bread (I use sprouted and toast it)

  2. 1 tablespoon organic peanut butter

  3. 1/2 medium sweet apple (cut in thin slices)

  4. 1 dash pumpkin pie spice (or spice of your choice)

  1. Toast the sprouted bread.

  2. Spread on the peanut butter.

  3. Slice the apple and place on the peanut butter.

  4. Sprinkle with your favourite spice.
