  1. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Ground beef

  2. 2 cups 125g / 4.4oz Tomato - canned

  3. 4 tablespoons 60ml Butter

  4. 1 Onion - chopped, medium Green pepper - chopped

  5. 1 1/2 teaspoons 7 1/2ml Salt

  6. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Pepper

  7. 3/4 lb 340g / 11oz Swiss cheese - cubed

  8. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Spaghetti - cooked

  9. 1/2 cup 73g / 2.6oz Swiss cheese - grated

  1. Recipe Instructions In saucepan melt butter and saute onion and green pepper, about 5 minutes. Add beef and cook over high heat until brown. Add tomatoes, salt and pepper. Cover and simmer 1 hour. Add cubed cheese and cook 5 minutes. Add spaghetti and toss. Serve with grated cheese.
