  1. 2 cups uncooked regular grits

  2. 3 large eggs, separated

  3. 1 (6-ounce) roll garlic cheese

  4. 3/4 cup butter

  5. 2 teaspoons salt

  6. 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper

  1. Cook grits according to package directions. Remove from heat and let stand for 15 minutes. Stir in egg yolks, cheese and next 3 ingredients until smooth. Pour mixture into a lightly greased baking dish and bake at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes.
