  1. Directions Preheat broiler. Trim fat from meat. Sprinkle seasoning and pepper onto both sides of chops. Place pork chops on the unheated rack of a broiler pan. Broil 3 to 4 inches from the heat for 16 to 20 minutes or until done (160 degrees F), turning meat over halfway through broiling.

  2. Meanwhile, for salsa, in a small bowl combine black beans, corn relish, lime juice, and cumin. Serve chops with salsa. Pass lime wedges to squeeze over chops and salsa.
