  1. 1 pkg. (2-layer size) devil's food cake mix

  2. 2 cups JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows , divided

  3. 1 pkg. (4 oz.) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate

  4. 1/4 cup milk

  5. 1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping , thawed

  6. 1 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder

  1. PREPARE cake batter and bake as directed on package for 24 cupcakes; cool completely.

  2. MEANWHILE, cook 1 cup marshmallows, chocolate and milk in large saucepan on low heat until marshmallows and chocolate are completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring constantly. Pour into large bowl; cool 30 min.

  3. WHISK COOL WHIP into marshmallow mixture; spread onto cupcakes. Top with remaining marshmallows and cocoa powder. Keep refrigerated.
