  4. 6 slice(s) cooked bacon , crumbled, or 1/4 cup toasted slivered almonds

  5. 2 tablespoon(s) chopped flat-leaf parsley

  6. 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt

  7. 1/2 teaspoon(s) pepper

  8. 12 large hard-cooked eggs , halved lengthwise Italian parsley leaves, for garnish

  1. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard, pimientos, bacon (or almonds), parsley, salt, pepper, and egg yolks. Spoon mixture into each halved egg white. Garnish each with a whole parsley leaf.
