  6. 1 lb Crabmeat, fresh or frozen

  7. 1/3 c Chopped celery

  8. 1/3 c Melted fat

  9. 2 c Bread crumbs

  10. 3 Eggs, beaten

  11. 1/2 c Chopped onion

  12. 1/3 c Chopped green pepper

  13. 2 Cloves garlic, fine chop

  14. 1 tb Chopped parsley

  15. 2 ts Salt

  16. Drain crabmeat. Cook onion, celery, green pepper and garlic in fat

  17. until tender. Combine bread cubes, eggs, parsley, salt, pepper, cooked

  18. vegs. and crabmeat. Mix well. Fill crab shells with mixture, bake at 350
