  1. 4 Ripe wrinkled passion fruits

  2. 3 Ripe mangos - peeled, chopped (medium)

  3. (or use large ripe peaches)

  4. 2 tablespoons 30ml Sugar - or to taste

  1. Cut the passion fruits into halves. Spoon the pulp (seeds and all) into a food processor container or blender.

  2. Add the mangos. Process until pureed. Strain out the seeds. Taste the mixture and add sugar if desired.

  3. Freeze the mixture in an ice cream maker according to manufacturer's directions.

  4. This recipe yields 5 or 6 servings.
