  1. Basic Quick Bread Dough

  2. 3/4 cup(s) sugar

  3. 1 tablespoon(s) sugar , for crumble topping

  4. 1 large Granny Smith apple , peeled, cored, and finely chopped

  5. 3/4 cup(s) pitted chopped dried plums

  6. 1 teaspoon(s) ground cinnamon

  7. 3/4 cup(s) granola

  8. 2 tablespoon(s) unsalted butter , softened

  9. 2 tablespoon(s) all-purpose flour

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine Basic Quick Bread Dough and 3/4 cup sugar, apple, plums, and cinnamon. Transfer to a nonstick 9- by 5-inch loaf pan.

  2. For crumble topping: In a small bowl, combine granola, butter, flour, and remaining 1 tablespoon sugar. Sprinkle over dough.

  3. Bake until a skewer tests clean when inserted into the center, about 1 hour. Remove loaf from pan and let cool on a wire rack.
