  1. 1/4 cup low-fat cinnamon graham cracker crumbs

  2. 1 tablespoon granulated sugar

  3. Nonstick cooking spray

  4. 2 sheets (18x14 inches) frozen phyllo dough, thawed

  5. 1 tablespoon margarine or butter

  6. 1 tablespoon brown sugar

  7. 3 medium apples, peeled, cored, and thinly sliced

  8. 1/3 cup caramel ice cream topping

  9. 1/4 cup raisins, dried cranberries, or dried cherries

  10. 1 tablespoon apple brandy, apple cider, or apple juice

  11. 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  12. 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg

  1. Directions Combine the graham cracker crumbs and granulated sugar; set aside.

  2. Coat a large baking sheet with cooking spray; set aside.

  3. Cut phyllo sheets in half crosswise.

  4. Coat the phyllo halves with cooking spray.

  5. Sprinkle one-fourth of the crumb mixture on a phyllo half.

  6. Top with another phyllo half and another one-fourth of the crumb mixture; repeat with remaining phyllo halves and crumb mixture for a four-layer stack.

  7. Cut the stack into nine 4 3/4 x3-inch rectangles.

  8. Cut each rectangle diagonally in half to form two triangles (18 total).

  9. Carefully place triangles on the prepared baking sheet.

  10. Bake in a 375° oven for 6 to 8 minutes or until golden brown.

  11. In a large skillet melt margarine.

  12. Stir in brown sugar until combined.

  13. Stir in apple slices, 3 tablespoons of the ice cream topping, the raisins, apple brandy, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

  14. Cook, uncovered, about 5 minutes or until apples are tender, stirring occasionally.
