  1. 1 1/4 c Plain Non-Fat Yogurt

  2. 3/4 c Light Sour Cream

  3. 3 Cloves Garlic, Minced

  4. 1 Cucumber

  5. 1 tb Fresh Mint, Chopped

  6. Salt And Pepper To Taste

  7. 8 c Assorted Raw Veggies **

  1. Cucumber should be peeled, seeded and chopped.

  2. ** Raw veggies can be jicama or yambean, celery, broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, etc; cut into sticks or florettes.

  3. Put all ingredients into a food processor or blender and process until well combined.

  4. Chill.

  5. Serve with raw vegetables such as carrot or celery sticks, radishes, jicama etc.
