  1. 2 cartons firm silken (Japanese) tofu

  2. 6-8 ozs chocolate chips

  3. 2 tablespoons maple syrup

  4. 1 graham cracker crust

  5. Beat tofu at high in mixer about 5 minutes or so until smooth. Melt

  6. chocolate chips and beat into tofu mixture. Beat in maple syrup. Pour into prepared crust. Chill at least 2 hours. I find overnight is even better.
