  1. 906 g ground beef

  2. 1/2 tsp. salt

  3. pinch black pepper

  4. 1/4 tsp. garlic powder

  5. 1/8 tsp. ground ginger

  6. pinch crumbled dried thyme

  7. 1/4 tsp. crumbled dried rosemary

  8. 1/4 cup undiluted cream of mushroom soup

  9. 1/4 cup fine dry bread crumbs

  1. Preheat grill. Combine beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder, ginger, thyme, rosemary, mushroom soup and bread crumbs in a large bowl. Knead with your hands until well mixed. Form beef mixture into 8 patties. Place patties on an oiled grill rack and cook about 4 inches from heat, about 5 to 10 minutes per side to desired doneness.
