  1. Pumpkin au Gratin

  2. 250 g diced pumpkin (1/2 " size dice)

  3. 1 small glass soy milk

  4. 1/2 clove garlic (minced)

  5. 1 teaspoon almond puree

  6. 1 teaspoon olive oil

  7. salt to taste

  8. ground bread crumbs

  9. 300 F,

  10. 150 C, Th

  11. a oven dish.

  12. Put the garlic, almond puree, olive oil and salt in bowl. Pour

  13. the soy milk little by little while stiring. The mixture has to be

  14. smooth.

  15. Pour the mixture over the pumpkin. Sprinkle with ground bread

  16. crumbs. Put in the oven and bake for 2 hours.

  17. Note: If you like almonds, you can add 1 teaspoon ground almonds

  18. in the mixture before adding the soy milk.

  19. It could be a good idea to add a pinch of ground nutmeg in the

  20. mixture (remove garlic then).
