  1. 1 cup of lemon juice

  2. 1/2 cup of Hoisin Sauce

  3. 4 tsp. sesame oil

  4. 2 tsp. 5 Spice Powder Chicken :

  5. 4 cups of chicken broth

  6. 4 chicken breasts w/ bone and skin Salad:

  7. 1 cup of chopped cashew s

  8. 4 scallion s cut in strips

  9. 3 tbls. sesame seed s Fried Rice Noodles Vegetable oil Chinese Rice Noodles

  1. Prepare dressing above and put aside. Simmer chicken in chicken broth about 15-20 minutes or until cooked through. Shred chicken. Combine chicken and dressing. Add salad ingredients and chill for 2 hours. Heat vegetable oil to 375°. Fry 6 oz, of rice noodles in small batchs for 1-2 seconds. They will pop up when finished. Serve the salad with the crispy, fried rice noodles.
