Goldy's Honey-Ginger Snaps -

8 tb Butter

1/2 c Sugar

1 Egg

2 c Flour

2 ts Baking soda

1/2 ts Salt

1 ts Ground ginger

1 ts Cinnamon

1/2 ts Ground cloves

375F. Cream honey, butter, sugar and egg. Sift together and the flour, soda, salt, and spices. Chill one hour. Roll level tablespoons of dough into balls and place

2 inches apart on greased cookie sheet. Bake

10 to 12 minutes. Makes
