  1. Cheese Spread

  2. 2 oz. (1/2 cup) crumbled feta cheese

  3. 1/4 cup chopped pitted kalamata olives

  4. 1/4 cup light mayonnaise

  5. 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

  6. Wraps

  7. 4 (7 or 8-inch) flour tortillas

  8. 8 leaves leaf lettuce

  9. 1/2 small zucchini, cut into julienne strips (2x1/8x1/8-inch)

  10. 1 large tomato, very thinly sliced

  11. 2 large pepperoncini chiles, drained, seeded, sliced

  1. In small bowl, combine all cheese spread ingredients; mix well.

  2. Spread cheese spread evenly over each tortilla to within 1/2 inch of edges. Layer lettuce, zucchini, tomato and chiles over spread. Roll up each tortilla. Serve immediately.

  3. Pepperoncini chiles are pickled green peppers often used as a garnish or in salads. Look for them near the pickles at the supermarket.

  4. Use flavored flour tortillas, such as garden vegetable or tomato-basil, for these wraps.

  5. Add paper-thin slices of red onion and a hint of crushed garlic to these wraps.
