  9. 1/2 c Milk

  12. 350 degrees. Grease a

  13. 9x9x2-inch baking pan.

  14. Combine flour, baking powder and 1/4 teaspoon salt. In a small mixer

  15. bowl beat eggs at high speed 2 minutes or till thick. Gradually add sugar;

  16. 4 to 5 minutes or till sugar dissolves. Add dry

  17. ingredients to egg mixture; stir just till combined. Heat milk with butter

  18. till butter melts; stir into batter and mix well. Turn into pan. Bake in a

  19. 350 degree oven or 20 to 25 minutes. Frost while warm. Serves

  20. 9.Broiled
