  2. Bananas: 4, peeled and sliced

  3. Garlic: 2 cloves, finely chopped

  4. Water: 3 cups

  5. Onion: 1 large, finely chopped

  6. Vegetable Stock: 1 cube

  7. Curry Powder: 1 1/2 tsp

  1. Directions :

  2. Mix curry powder and vegetable stock cube with water in a large saucepan.

  3. Add onion, bananas and garlic to the pan.

  4. Bring it to boil and then simmer for an hour stirring occasionally.

  5. Place into a liquidizer and blitz until smooth.

  6. Serve and enjoy! Instead of serving with bread to dip in try it with a nan bread instead.
