  1. Ingredients :Serves 4

  2. 50 g 1 1 300 g 2 liters

  3. 1 cube 1 teaspoon 1/4 teaspoon Seaweed,

  4. washed, soaked and cut into 6 cm long

  5. Small radish, removed skin and cut into 1cm thick

  6. Small carrot, removed skin and cut into 1cm thick

  7. Spare-ribs, cut into pieces

  8. Water

  9. Chicken stock

  10. Salt

  11. Pepper to taste

  1. Put the radish, carrot, spare-ribs andwater into a pot. Bring to boil.

  2. Lower fire and leave to simmer for anhour.

  3. Add in seaweed and continue to cook for 30minutes.

  4. Season with chicken cube, salt and pepper.

  5. Serve hot.
