  1. For the parathas

  2. 1 1/2 cups plain flour (maida)

  3. 3/4 cup milk

  4. 1 tbsp melted ghee

  5. 1 tsp salt

  6. For the stuffing

  7. 500 gms grated cauliflower

  8. 100 gms grated paneer (cottage cheese)

  9. 3 chopped green chillies

  10. 2 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)

  11. 1/2 tsp grated ginger (adrak)

  12. salt to taste

  13. Other ingredients

  14. butter or ghee

  1. Mix all the ingredients and make a dough.

  2. Roll out small thin oblong parathas and bake them on a tawa very lightly.

  3. Mix all the ingredients together.

  4. Put a little stuffing in the centre of each paratha and close like an envelope.

  5. Cook on a tawa on both sides with butter until pink spots come on top.

  6. Repeat for the remaining parathas.
