  2. 5 g Green onion(s)

  4. Chili Bean Sauce

  5. 3 tbsp Premium Oyster Sauce

  6. 1 1/2 tbsp Pure Sesame Oil

  7. 1 tsp Corn starch

  8. 1 tbsp Sugar

  9. 1 tsp

  1. Soak white and black fungus in water until tender. Drain and tear into pieces.

  2. Mix chicken with marinade. Stir in all other ingredients. Steam for 15 minutes or until done.
