  1. Bacon, as much as you like Eggs, as many as you like Swiss chard, one bunch

  1. Steam Swiss chard after tearing it into bite-sized pieces. Set aside. Fry bacon in a skillet, preferably cast-iron, until crispy. Set bacon aside to drain. Fry eggs in bacon fat remaining in skillet,sunny side up. Set eggs aside to drain. Saute chard in skillet to absorb remaining bacon fat. Add bacon, crumbled, and mix chard and bacon together. Remove chard and bacon mixture to a plate, eggs on top. Enjoy!
