  1. 200g sultanas

  2. 250ml milk

  3. 200g sugar

  4. 125g Stork Margarine

  5. 250g Be-Ro Self Raising Flour

  6. 1 egg

  7. 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  1. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees C.

  2. Put sultanas, milk, margarine and sugar in pan, bring to boil stirring all the time. Once it has came to the boil, turn hob off. Leave to cool for 10 minutes.

  3. Fold in the flour and mix well, add egg and mix again. Pour into a greased loaf tin and put in a pre-heated oven at 160 degrees for 1hr.
