  1. 8 ounces cream cheese, softened

  2. 14 oz. sweetened condensed milk

  3. 3/4 cup cold water

  4. 1 4-oz. pkg. vanilla pudding mix

  5. 1 cup heavy whipping cream

  6. 1 cup broken pecan or walnut pieces, lightly toasted

  7. 1 graham cracker pie crust

  1. In a large bowl, combine condensed milk and cream cheese, beating on medium speed until smooth. Add water and pudding mix, mixing well.

  2. Wash beaters. In a small bowl, beat whipping cream on high speed until soft peaks form. Gently fold whipped cream and 3/4 cups of the nutmeats into the other ingredients.

  3. Pour into pie shell, mounding gently. Garnish with remaining nuts.

  4. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
