  1. 1 head romaine lettuce, finely chopped

  2. 4 large tomatoes, seeded and fine chopped

  3. 1 green bell pepper, fine chopped

  4. 112 g salami, chopped

  5. 1 cup canned garbanzo beans(chick peas), drained

  6. 112 g diced mozzarella

  7. 1/2 cup pitted black olives, chopped

  8. 1/2 cup pimiento stuffed green olives, chopped

  9. 2/3 cup olive oil

  10. 2 tbsp. red wine vinegar

  11. 1 tsp. dry basil, crumbled

  12. 1 tbsp. dijon mustard

  13. 2 tsp. lemon juice

  14. pinch sugar

  15. 1/2 tsp. salt

  16. 1/2 tsp. pepper

  1. Mix together romaine, tomatoes, bell pepper, salami, beans, mozzarella and olives in a large bowl. Whisk together oil with vinegar, basil, dijon, lemon, sugar, salt and pepper. Pour over salad and toss well.
