  1. Brussels sprouts

  2. 1 lb. Brussels sprouts

  3. 1/2 t. ground ginger

  4. 1 T lime juice

  5. 1 T honey

  6. 2 T butter

  7. Halve sprouts and steam, boil, or microwave until tender. In small

  8. bowl, combine all other ingredients and microwave until just boiling.

  9. (Keep an eye on this; it happens very quickly.) Drain sprouts and place in serving bowl. Add sauce to coat.
