  1. 8 md Potatoes, peeled & quartered

  2. Boiling salted water 1/4 c Butter or margarine,melted

  3. 3 tb Dry bread crumbs

  4. 1/4 ts Salt

  5. Pepper, sprinkle

  6. Cook potatoes in boiling salted water until tender. Use tip of sharp knife to test rather than a fork. Drain. Return to heat to dry any remaining liquid. Watch closely.
