  2. Olive Garden Salad Dressing

  6. 1 1/2 cups Bottled Italian dressing

  7. 2 tablespoons Parmesan -- grated

  8. 2 tablespoons Sugar or equivalent in -- Equal

  9. 1 large Raw egg ( egg beaters equivalent)

  10. 1/4 cup oil

  11. 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise

  12. iceberg lettuce, spinach, romaine, etc.

  13. raw onion rings --

  14. sliced radishes --

  15. Blend bottled dressing, parmesan, sugar, raw egg (or egg beaters

  16. 1/2 minute or until

  17. smooth. Pour this mixture into the top of a double boiler and add 1/4 c

  18. oil. Stir gently with a whisk over gently boiling water until it begins to

  19. thicken and egg is completely cooked. Chill several hours or overnight

  20. before using. If the dressing is too thick, add more Italian dressing as

  21. needed. Mix together equal amounts of fresh spinach, iceberg and romaine

  22. lettuce. Allow 2 T for each salad. Moisten leaves in dressing, do not

  23. saturate; let stand 5 minutes. Add onion rings, radish, etc. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
