  1. 4 cups 948ml Bean broth*

  2. 2 Red tomatoes - chopped

  3. 1 Onion - finely chopped (small)

  4. Vegetable oil

  5. 1/2 lb 227g / 8oz Fideo pasta

  6. Salt

  7. 1 teaspoon 5ml Chicken bouillon - dried

  8. Water

  1. * Use the water you cooked the beans in.

  2. Fry the onion in vegetable oil. Fry the fideo pasta until it will be gold, take away the fideo pasta and fry the tomatoes. Add salt, the chicken broth dried and the beans broth. Add the fideos and cook until pasta is done.
