  1. Crisco ® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray


  3. 2 pounds lean ground beef

  4. 1 pound lean ground turkey

  5. 1/2 cup plain bread crumbs

  6. 2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes

  7. 2 teaspoons instant minced onion

  8. 2 teaspoons seasoned salt

  9. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  10. 1/4 teaspoon pepper

  11. 1/2 cup Dickinson's ® Tomato Ketchup

  12. 4 large eggs


  14. 1 1/2 cups water

  15. 2 tablespoons butter

  16. 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt

  17. 2 1/2 cups Hungry Jack ® Instant Mashed Potato Flakes

  18. 1 1/4 cups milk

  19. 1/3 cup low fat sour cream

  1. HEAT oven to 350°F. Spray two 8-inch round cake pans or 8 1/4-inch round glass baking dishes with no-stick cooking spray. Combine all meat loaf ingredients in large bowl. Mix well. Press half of mixture evenly into each pan. Bake 1 hour or until thoroughly cooked in center and meat thermometer registers 160°F.

  2. COMBINE water, butter and seasoned salt in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Stir in potato flakes, milk and sour cream. Mix well. Cover. Let stand 5 minutes.

  3. REMOVE carefully 1 meat loaf from pan with large pancake turner. Place on ovenproof plate or foil-lined cookie sheet. Spread about 1/4 to 1/2 cup potatoes over loaf. Remove second meat loaf from pan. Place over potatoes. Spread remaining potatoes over sides and top to resemble cake frosting.

  4. RETURN meat loaf to oven. Bake an additional 10 minutes or until thoroughly heated. If desired, top with flowers cut from bell peppers, cherry tomatoes and a message written with ketchup. To serve, cut into wedges.
