  1. 1/4 cup orange marmalade

  2. 2 tablespoons honey

  3. 1 tablespoon soy sauce

  4. 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil

  5. 3 pounds chicken wings

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the marmalade, honey, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Add the chicken and fully coat with the glaze. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, but ideally overnight. Stir halfway through. Heat the oven to broil. Place a rack on a baking sheet and lay the chicken wings on the rack. Broil 15 to 20 minutes, removing the pan from the oven every 5 minutes to turn the pieces. When they're done, cool the wings and refrigerate them until the party.
