  6. 2 Chicken bouillon cubes

  7. 1 ts Salt

  8. 1/2 ts Pepper

  9. 1 ts Sugar

  10. 1/2 c Hot water

  11. 2 To 3 lb chicken thighs

  12. 1 lb Lean stewing beef;

  13. 1-1/2 -cubes

  14. 1 md Onion; chop

  15. 2 md Potatoes; peel, cube

  16. 2 md Carrots; peel, slice thin

  17. 16 oz Can stewed tomatoes

  18. 1/4 c Flour

  19. Combine steak sauce, bouillon cubes, salt, pepper,

  20. sugar and hot water in crock pot; stir well. Add

  21. remaining ingredients except flour; mix carefully.

  22. 7 to 10 hours; on

  23. high setting for 4 hours. Before serving, remove

  24. chicken and bone, and return meat to crock pot; stir

  25. well. To thicken gravy, make a smooth paste of flour

  26. and 1/4 cup of juices from stew. Add to in crockpot.

  27. Cover and cook on HIGH setting until thickened. MM
