  2. 1 teaspoon 5ml Salt

  3. 1 cup 62g / 2 1/5oz All-purpose flour

  4. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Red pepper

  5. 1 teaspoon 5ml Lemon rind - grated

  6. 1/2 cup 99g / 3 1/2oz Butter

  7. 1/4 cup 36g / 1 1/3oz Pecans - chopped

  8. 1 tablespoon 15ml Lemon juice

  9. 1 tablespoon 15ml Worcestershire sauce

  1. Recipe Instructions Make pecan sauce by combining 1/4 cup butter, chopped pecans, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce and blend well. Combine flour, salt, pepper, lemon rind. Roll fillets in mixture, coating well. Melt 1/4 cup butter in large skillet. Brown fillets over medium heat until light brown; turn once to brown both sides. Place fillets in well-greased 12 X 8 X 2 baking dish. Sprinkle pecan butter sauce over fillets. Sprinkle with additional chopped pecans if desires. Bake uncovered at 350F for 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
