  1. Bottom layer

  2. 2 cups sugar

  3. 1 cup vegetable oil

  4. 1/2 cups flour

  5. 4 egg s

  6. 1 cup pecan s, chopped

  7. 3 tsp vanilla

  8. 1/2 tsp salt Icing

  9. 1/2 sticks butter melted

  10. 1/3 cup cocoa powder

  11. 1 tsp vanilla

  12. 1 lb confectioners sugar

  13. 1/2 cup evaporated milk

  14. 1 cup pecan s chopped Center layer

  15. Bag miniature marshmallow s

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.

  2. Mix together all bottom layer ingredients and pour into greased 9 x 13 pan.Bake at 325 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes until sides are set and toothpick inserted in center comes out ALMOST clean.

  3. Remove from oven and add miniature marshmallows in a single layer over top. Return to oven for 10-12 minutes until melted and just barely starting to brown. Cool for 30 minutes then cover with icing. Allow to cool 2 hours before cutting into bars.

  4. Icing: Mix together all icing ingredients except nuts. Stir in nuts.
