  1. 3 green tomatoes , in pieces

  2. 3 green chilies

  3. 1/4 onion

  4. 1/4 garlic clove

  5. 1/4 bunch cilantro

  6. 1 1/2 avocados

  7. 1 tablespoon salt

  8. 1 tablespoon poultry seasoning

  1. Blend all ingredients except the avocado, until mixture smooth.

  2. Taste the mix, use more salt or chiles if you want it more spicy.

  3. Add the avocado using a spoon and blend the mixture.

  4. Serve in a sauce bowl put the avocado seed inside.
