  1. 24 Oreo® cookies , crushed (about 2 cups)

  2. 1/4 cup(s) (1/2 stick) butter or margarine , melted

  3. 4 package(s) (8 ounces each) Philadelphia® Cream Cheese , softened

  4. 1 cup(s) sugar

  5. 2 tablespoon(s) flour

  6. 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla

  7. 1 package(s) (8 squares) Baker's® Semi-Sweet Chocolate , melted, slightly cooled

  8. 4 eggs

  1. Heat oven to 325 degrees F.

  2. Mix crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of 13x9-inch foil-lined pan. Bake 10 minutes.

  3. Beat cream cheese, sugar, flour, and vanilla with mixer until well blended. Add chocolate; mix well. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended. Pour over crust.

  4. Bake 45 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool completely. Refrigerate 4 hours. Use foil to lift cheesecake from pan before cutting to serve.

  5. Variation: For an extraspecial touch, garnish with sifted powdered sugar and mixed berries just before serving.

  6. Variation: For a flavor twist, add 1/4 cup hazelnut-flavored liqueur with the melted chocolate.
