  1. In a bowl using an electric mixer on medium speed, beat eggs; add sugar, flour, light corn syrup, melted butter, and crushed pineapple chunks.

  2. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 325°F (160°C) for about 45 minutes, or until the center is set.
