Fashioned Sweet Potato Pie -

    1. 1/2 c Butter, softened

    2. 1/2 c Packed brown sugar

    3. 1 c Mashed,cooked sweet potatoes

    4. 3 Eggs,lightly beaten

    5. 1/3 c Corn syrup

    6. 1/3 c Milk

    7. 1/2 t Salt

    8. 1 t Vanilla extract

    9. 1 Unbaked pie shell

    10. 4 ingredients;mix well.Pour into pie shell.Bake in a

    11. 425 degree oven for 10 minutes.Reduce heat to

    12. 325 degrees and bake

    13. 35 to 45 minutes longer or until well set.
